How much is the party deposit?
New online party bookings require a 50% deposit calculated from the selected package and add-ons. The remaining balance is due two business days before the event unless staff approves a different arrangement. Deposits are nonrefundable. Existing bookings follow their recorded payment arrangement.
Can we walk in, or do we need an appointment?
Book online to confirm a time before travelling. Monday through Thursday visits are by appointment. Walk-in availability depends on staffing, the activity and private events; the live availability calendar is the best place to check.
What ages can participate?
Activities welcome children, teens and adults. Suitability and supervision depend on the activity. Contact the team before booking for a very young child or a specific support need. A parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver for each participating minor.
What should we wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that can get paint on them. Protective gear is included with eligible splatter experiences, but we cannot promise clothing will stay clean.
Can you accommodate accessibility or sensory needs?
Please contact 651-317-9393 before booking to discuss mobility access, sensory preferences, seating or other accommodations for your chosen activity. The team will confirm what can be arranged; do not assume every activity meets every access need.
What if I need to cancel a regular appointment?
Regular appointment payments are nonrefundable. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start to receive booking credit. Credit expires 30 days after issuance; the replacement booking must be made before expiration, although the visit may occur later. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit payment. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time, and an appointment may be treated as a no-show after 15 minutes without contact.
What if I need to cancel a party?
Party and private-event deposits are nonrefundable. Cancel at least seven calendar days before the event to transfer the deposit to booking credit. The replacement booking must be made within 30 days, although the replacement event may occur later. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Any amount paid above the deposit requires staff review.
What if Paint Playground cancels?
If Paint Playground cancels a booking, the customer may choose a refund or full booking credit.
